Load Sourcing
We search every major board plus direct broker and shipper relationships, filtered against your equipment and lane preferences.
- Multi-board coverage
- Direct broker relationships
- Lane & home-time planning
From the first load search to the last invoice submitted — here is exactly what Northbound handles on your behalf.
Dispatch is not just finding a load. It is finding the right load, defending the rate, and making sure the paperwork behind it never delays your money.
We search every major board plus direct broker and shipper relationships, filtered against your equipment and lane preferences.
Every rate is negotiated against live market data. We do not accept the first number a broker offers, and we do not book below your floor.
New broker setups completed the same day so a good load never slips away while paperwork sits in an inbox.
We check days-to-pay and credit score before committing your truck. A high rate from a broker who does not pay is not a high rate.
Rate confirmations, BOLs and lumper receipts packaged and submitted to your factor the same day you deliver.
We keep your documents current and flag renewals before they lapse, so you are never shut down over an expired certificate.
Each equipment type is handled by a dispatcher who runs those lanes daily — not a generalist guessing at tarp pay.
Our highest-volume category and the most consistent freight on the board. We build repeatable weekly loops through the Midwest, Southeast and Texas triangle so you are not deadheading to find your next load.
Typical range: $2.60 – $3.60 / mile depending on lane and season.

Steel, lumber, pipe, building materials and machinery. We factor tarping, strapping and securement time into every rate we negotiate — because your hours on the deck are worth paying for.
